Mountain Lodge is your home away from home. Enjoy fine mountain living in this perfect vacation mountain home featuring soaring
pine ceilings, hardwood floors, a warm and inviting great room with beautifully appointed furnishings, a river rock gas fireplace,
a large screen TV with surround sound cable channel viewing, a lovely dining area, a gourmet kitchen and more! This mountain
retreat sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded only by serenity and forest views, to be enjoyed by all from the large
picture windows around the home and from the decks. During winter months, children can create their own private sled and play
areas right in their own front and back yards. In the summer, they need not go far for a little hiking.
There are 6
bedrooms consisting of two (King bed) master suites, three Queen bedrooms, and a 6th bedroom with two queen beds to sleep
four comfortably. On the lower level is a family room with a pool table, large screen TV and fireplace. This Billiard room
can accommodate sleeping for two with twin rollaways. One of the Queen bedrooms has a convertible sofa and is
equipped with video game amenities for a gaming experience by the younger guests.
There are 3 gas fireplaces located
in the Living Room and Master Bedroom on the top floor and the Billiard Room on the lower level.
There are four
elegantly designed bathrooms in the home, complete with towels and luxurious toiletries.
There is a 7-person hot
tub on the upper deck amidst the ultimate natural setting surrounding the home. A BBQ set up is available for your summer
outdoor fun.
A security system is in place for your protection. Simple two-step instructions will be available
for entry into the home.
Wireless High-Speed Internet is available throughout the home.
An automatic
garage door opener will be provided.
For extended stays, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer,
iron and ironing board.
The gourmet kitchen offers fine cabinetry and granite finishes. There are complete sets
of dinnerware, glasses, barware, silverware and cooking utensils for all your dining and entertaining needs. Alternatively,
chef prepared gourmet meals may be arranged if desired.
Complimentary coffee and teas are available.
For
your grocery needs, there is a Raley’s Supermarket on the corner of Tahoe Boulevard and Emerald Bay (also known as HW
89). From Forest Mountain Road, take a right to Tahoe Mountain, take a left on Tahoe Boulevard and drive up a mile and a half.
Before you reach the intersection, enter the driveway to your right. Within that intersection, there is also a small
outlet shopping area, a Blockbuster and a Starbucks.
